Foreign Government
California ETEC has established many productive working alliances and partnerships with foreign governments, universities and NGO’s. In collaboration with Fulbright Korea, ETEC has jointly hosted Destination California marketing events in Korea; working closely with the Thailand Office of Civil Service, OCSC, ETEC has coordinated the recruitment and participation of more than 30 California/US universities since 2004, including participation at OCSC Scholar Placement Event; and most recently California ETEC was appointed as event manager by the Vietnam Consulate General( San Francisco) to manage the highly successful Meet Vietnam Education Forum.
